Tour Cancellation Policy:
Due to the limited availability and ticketing requirements for the venues included in this tour, a special cancellation policy applies.
Deposits are refundable up to 90 days prior to departure. A $35.00 processing fee per transaction will be deducted from all approved refunds.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 90 days of the tour departure date.

4:50 AM - Please meet at the Heritage Hotel, 500 Centerville Road, Lancaster, for a 5:20 departure.
5:40 - Please meet at LCBC Church, 951 North Hills Road, York, for a 5:55 departure.
6:45 - Please meet at Fairgrounds, Park & Ride, 2299 Greenspring Dr, Timonium, MD 21093, for a 7:00 departure.

12:00 PM - Arrive at TASTE ‘N SEE at The Murray Center, Norfolk, VA.
1:30 - Depart and walk (.3 mile)
1:45 - Arrive at Scope Arena, Norfolk, VA, and check in for Virginia International Tattoo 2027.
2:00 - Take your seat for the show!
2:30 - Enjoy INTERNATIONAL TATTOO PERFORMANCES from your premium reserved seats.
4:30 - International Tattoo performance concludes. Collect your belongings and make your way to the exit to meet your motor coach.
5:30 - Check into HAMPTON INN VIRGINIA BEACH-OCEANFRONT SOUTH, 1011 Atlantic Ave, Virginia Beach, VA 23451.
The remainder of the day, including dinner, is on your own.
At leisure, enjoy the Virginia Beach Boardwalk and dinner on your own (33rd St. to 2nd St., Virginia Beach, VA), with 3 miles of not only many restaurants and hotels, but also a wide array of art, museums, historic sites and events. The popular 24-foot, 12-ton King Neptune Statue stands at the gateway to Neptune Festival Park on 31st St., while colorful fish sculptures are scattered about, and other nautical artworks adorn side streets. You can visit a video arcade, ride on a Ferris wheel at the Fun Park, or check out any of a number of live entertainment stages that host great acts throughout the busy season at 7th, 17th, 24th & 31st Streets. Museums include the Atlantic Wildfowl Museum in historic DeWitt Cottage, the Surf and Rescue Museum and more.

10:00 - Tour the MILITARY AVIATION MUSEUM, Virginia Beach, VA.
11:30 - Enjoy an all-American BOXED LUNCH from MISSION BBQ in the Navy Hangar with live entertainment.
1:00 PM - Experience a SPECIAL FLIGHT DEMONSTRATION after lunch in this special, one-day-only event! (NOTE: the museum’s flight demonstration is contingent upon runway and weather conditions, and aircraft and pilot availability).
3:00 - Meet at the entrance to the museum and depart for the hotel.
3:30 - Return to the hotel to get ready for our Mermaid Beach Bash!
5:15 - Depart the hotel.
6:00 - Arrive at GRAND AFFAIRS for DINNER and the MERMAIDS & MARGARITAS BEACH BASH!, Virginia Beach, VA.

8:30 - Arrive for boarding the VICTORY ROVER for a HARBOR CRUISE.
9:00 - Depart!
11:00 - Dock and Disembark. We will walk as a group to the Nauticus.
11:15 - Tour the NAUTICUS, Norfolk, VA and the NATIONAL MARITIME CENTER, visit the BATTLESHIP USS WISCONSIN, one of the largest Battleships ever built. This mighty ship was used during the Korean Conflict and the Gulf War.
Enjoy lunch on your own at the café.
2:00 PM - Board and depart for the Botanical Gardens.
2:30 - Visit the NORFOLK BOTANICAL GARDEN, Norfolk, VA.
4:30 - Board and depart for the hotel.
5:15 - Arrive back at the hotel to freshen up for tonight’s event.
6:00 - Board and depart.
6:45 - Enjoy DINNER & WINE TASTING AT MERMAID WINERY, Virginia Beach, VA.
8:30 - Return to the hotel and the remainder of the evening is on your own.
